Take I-70 to exit 208 and head south on 149 until you come to a "T"

Turn left into Belmont (St Rt 147/149 merge here). At stop sign, turn left and follow St RT147/149 past the Post Office to the intersection where 149 and 147 split. Turn right onto 147 - this is also Jefferson Street. The Mill is on the left side of the street.
